Mr. Shyam is a veteran aviation system developer and founder of Flight Watch
International, a twenty-year old software solution for the corporate charter
department industry. Shyam has designed and developed application systems for
top-tier charter departments for twenty-five years for companies like Proctor &
Gamble, Weyerhaueser, NOAA and TVA. He holds a Master's degree in Computer
Science from Georgia Tech.

Mr. Eshwaragiri heads the India operations of Flight Watch. He is a highly
experienced engineer with over 15 years in application and product development.
He has spent over 7 years in the aviation vertical gaining expertise in aviation
management software. He has diverse skills in a variety of verticals, developing
software solutions in Online education, online newspaper and Government
applications. Mr. Eshwaragiri received his Master's degree in Computer Science
from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia along with an MBA from Siva
Sivani Institute of Management, India.

Mr. Prasad serves as Chief Technology Officer and Board Member for the Group
of Companies and is responsible for the Company’s IT Department and Previously
served as Vice President of Technology for DVCi Technologies division of DVC
Worldwide, where he was responsible for strategy, technology, project management
and development of next-generation technology tools for Enterprise services.
Prasad came to DVCi Technologies as part of the acquisition of Visient
Corporation, a NJ based start up delivering web applications to Fortune 500
companies. Prasad was active in architecting and delivering large-scale secure
Internet-based Enterprise solutions. Prior to joining Visient, Prasad was
Technical Manager of BFL Software, Bangalore India, where he was responsible for
development and execution of the company's IT services to clients in US and Asia
Pacific. Arun Prasad received his Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and
Computer Process Controls from Bangalore University, India.

Mr. Ammundsen is a veteran US Army Special Forces. He holds degrees in
Computer Science and Foreign Languages. His thirty-year career in Systems Design
and Application Technology Management include employment with NCR and Citibank.
His most recent accomplishments as director of contact center technology include
architecting the front-end reservation systems for ANC (Alamo / National Car
Rental) and the customer service processing for GetThere.com and Orbitz. Mr.
Ammundsen has ten years of travel industry technology experience at the
strategic direction level and was CTO of Air Taxi Distribution Systems where he
led UI design and dB strategy. He and his wife also reside in Ft. Lauderdale.
